my hot tub cover is too heavy from being waterlogged, is there a a way to air dry it or get the water out?
Not really , the water is entrapped in the foam..and will take a very long time to dry out.. Go to the hardware store and buy new 4 x8 foam panels..what ever thickness your cover is now .probably cost 40.00 for the foam.. Take out old foam , place on top use em as a pattern. Cut foam and replace metal reinforcing channels.wrap it in polyethyline sheets and stucco tape it shut. Put em in the old cover. Rezip n enjoy…
I have a hot tub and the cover is getting old will that alone make waterlevels drop ??
the water is droppping quite a bit quickly but i can’t find a leak
It could be the lid, if you don’t get a good seal with the lid, you could be getting excessive evaporation from your hot tub. Keeping the water warm or warmer than normal can also cause excessive evaporation as well. If that is not the problem, you might need a professional to come look at it. Good luck!
What different kinds of hot tub accesories are there?
I am not looking for accesories like covers or stuff like that, but like items that are built into a hot tub. What company makes the Hot Tubs with TVs? What about video game consoles? Arent there some that blow the jets in different ways? Thanks to all answers! I am not asking about one of the 18 foot giant hot tubs though, a regular sized one! Thanks!!!
Why don’t you just call the manufacturer that makes the hot tub ?
Will insurance cover a salt water hot tub?
I have psoriasis – i herd from some people that insurance companies will help you out with purchasing a salt water hot tub for treatment – does anyone have any experience with this?

Hot tub is outside, how can we keep the cover from freezing when we take it off to sit in it?
The hot tub is a little ways from the house so we really can’t drag the cover in each time we sit in the hot tub, we’ll just be sitting it off to the side but its usually pretty damp when we take it off and we don’t want it to freeze, which it will once the weather gets cold. Is there something I can spray on the cover to keep it from freezing? Or is there something else I should do?
Where I live, the cover is made of foam insulation & it withstands freezing. What type of cover do you own?
